Idle Realms: Rise asks for no email, password or sign-up of any kind — there is no "account" in the traditional sense. The game only creates an anonymous session identifier the first time it opens, with no link to your real identity.
Level, items, gold and all character progress are stored locally on your device, never on our servers. To erase it, use Settings → Danger Zone → Reset Save inside the game, or simply uninstall the app — nothing is retained on our side.
If you chose to submit a boss record to the world leaderboard, we store the following against your anonymous identifier: player name, country and the fight time. To request removal of that data, email contato@tessaroapps.com with the subject "Delete data Idle Realms", telling us the player name used on the leaderboard (it is the only way we can find the record, since there is no login).
We confirm and complete the request within 30 days.
Deleting game data does not cancel any purchase — those are handled by the store (Apple App Store or Google Play), not by us. Manage or cancel them there.
