Legal document · Veldra
Veldra ("the game") is developed by Filipe Tessaro. By playing, you agree to these terms.
It is a turn-based dungeon RPG with D&D-inspired rules, played entirely offline on your device.
It contains mild fantasy violence (combat against monsters) and is not directed at children under 13.
Today the game has no ads and no in-app purchases. If that changes, this page is updated before that version ships, describing exactly what is sold.
Any future purchase would be processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, subject to each store's refund policy.
The game uses data from the System Reference Document 5.1 ("SRD 5.1") by Wizards of the Coast LLC, available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
The literal attribution that licence requires is in the game's credits screen and in the project's NOTICE file.
The game is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous operation, freedom from defects, or permanent preservation of what is saved on your device.
Characters die for good — that is a rule of the game, not a fault. And the save is local: changing device, clearing the app's data or uninstalling erases the world, permanently.
The game has no online features, so there are no other players to bother. Do not redistribute the application files or the assets inside them.
What the game stores and what it does not collect is in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page always reflects the current version.
