Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and FILIPE O. TESSARO TREINAMENTO PROFISSIONAL LTDA, CNPJ 37.779.269/0001-28, based in Marau/RS, Brazil, trading as Tessaro Apps, for the use of the InBloom app ("the App"). By using it, you agree to these terms.
18+ only. InBloom contains intimate and sexually suggestive content for couples. By using the App you confirm you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, do not use this App.
1. What the App is
InBloom is an intimacy game app for couples: quizzes, prompts, a shared bucket list, and other activities meant to be played together. Some content is explicit or sexually suggestive by design.
2. Your account is anonymous
There is no sign-up, password, or login. An account is created automatically on your device the first time you open the App. Two consequences you should know before investing time in the App:
- Your saved names, safe word, history, and progress are not transferred from one device to another.
- If you uninstall the App, clear its data, or switch devices, you lose access to your account and content, with no way to recover it. An active subscription can be restored through the store, but your saved content cannot.
3. Content and safety
- The App lets you set a shared safe word to pause or stop an activity at any time. Respecting it is a matter between you and your partner — the App cannot enforce it.
- Some content is sexually explicit or suggestive. You are solely responsible for deciding, with your partner, what is appropriate for you.
- If content seems wrong, offensive, or in error, write to sphereoftopics@gmail.com. We review reports and may remove or correct content.
4. Free tier and subscription
- The free tier gives access to a limited set of games and content.
- A subscription unlocks the full game library. Price, duration, and any trial period are shown on the paywall screen before purchase.
- Billing is handled by the store (Google Play or App Store), not by us. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and cancellation is done in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Refunds follow the store's policy and applicable law — including the 7-day right of withdrawal under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (art. 49). We do not process refunds directly.
- We may change prices; a change never applies to a period already paid for, and you will be notified before renewal.
5. Referrals
You may invite another couple using a referral code linked to your anonymous account. Both accounts may receive a bonus when the code is redeemed. Referral bonuses may be adjusted or discontinued at any time and have no cash value.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the App for unlawful purposes; attempt to bypass the free-tier limit or subscription check; extract App content in bulk (scraping, automation); redistribute or republish the App's games and content as your own; or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
7. Intellectual property
The games, content, design, and code are ours or licensed to us. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App. Content you enter yourself (names, confessions, bucket-list items) remains yours and stays on your device.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We do our best to keep the App running, but it may become unavailable due to maintenance, third-party failures, or reasons beyond our control. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused, paid-for portion of your subscription on a pro-rata basis.
9. Termination
You can stop using the App at any time and delete your account as described in our account deletion page. We may suspend access for anyone who violates these terms, in particular section 6.
10. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use or inability to use the App, or for decisions you make based on its content. Nothing here limits rights guaranteed to you by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code that cannot be waived by contract, including liability for service defects.
11. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the App before they take effect. Continuing to use the App afterward means you accept the new version.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The consumer's domicile is the elected venue for disputes, as provided by the Consumer Protection Code.
