§1

Summary

Kaiju na Grade ("the game") is developed by Filipe Tessaro. The game does not collect data about you. There is no account, login, ads, analytics or third-party SDK gathering information.

Everything the game stores stays on your computer and is never sent to us.

§2

What is stored on your computer

The campaign in progress, records, achievements, completed objectives, the bestiary of captured kaiju and your preferences (music and effects volume, sound on or off, and language).

On Windows, this data lives in a single file, %APPDATA%\Kaiju na grade\progresso.json, created by the game itself. On Android, it lives in the app's internal storage.

§3

What is NOT collected

Name, e-mail, phone number, contacts, location, advertising identifiers, files on your computer or any other personal information.

Maps are generated on your own computer: nothing is downloaded or sent. The game makes no server connections while you play; the only exception is opening these pages in your browser when you click the links in Settings.

§4

Steam

In the version distributed through Steam, the purchase, achievements and cloud saves (if enabled) go through Steam, by Valve Corporation, and follow Valve's privacy policy. We never receive your payment data or your Steam account data.

§5

Children

Combat is stylized, against giant monsters, with no blood. Since nothing is collected, there is no children's data to protect.

§6

How to delete your data

Delete the file mentioned in §2 or uninstall the game. If you use Steam Cloud, turn it off in the game's properties on Steam first.

Since nothing is sent to us, there is nothing to request deletion of elsewhere, which is why the game has no account deletion page.

§7

If this changes

If a feature that sends data is ever added (an online leaderboard, for example), this page is updated before that version ships, stating exactly what starts being sent.

The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
