Monstarium ("the game") is developed by Filipe Tessaro. By playing, you agree to these terms.
The game shows a strip of creatures on top of your desktop, which you can hide, move to another monitor, or close at any time from the system tray icon.
The game is sold via Steam. The purchase, and any additional content that may come to exist, is processed by Steam and follows Steam's refund rules. There are no ads or in-game purchases.
The creature and scenery artwork belongs to ElvGames, used under commercial license. It may not be extracted from the game for redistribution, resale, or use in other projects.
The game is provided "as is", with no guarantee of being bug-free or compatible with every monitor and system configuration. Progress is saved on your computer, with an automatic backup, but we recommend not relying on the game as the sole record of anything important.
What the game stores and what it does not collect is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of the page always reflects the most recent version.
